Record Runsheet Entry

Each entry pushes to the runsheet. Net Mineral Acres are auto-derived from the Notes (explicit NMA, OGM fraction × tract acres, stated acres, or GRTI).

A runsheet is a chain of title — acreage repeats down each chain, so rows are not summed blindly. The Net NMA column nets each grantee's acquired NMA against what they later conveyed away as grantor. Every grantee left with positive Net NMA is automatically transcribed to the Mineral Ownership Report. Use the Reservation dropdown to mark a row as an OGM, NPRI, or FR reservation.
